5. The amendment sought is necessary to avoid multiplicity of proceedings and to fully and finally adjudicate the disputes involved in the present petition. The same is accordingly allowed.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to incorporate the amendment in the body of the writ petition and provide amended copy of the same to the office after serving its copy on other parties. Steps to be taken within 48 hours.
