Mr. Ravi Shankar Kandpal, learned legal aid counsel for the Appellant.
2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned DAG with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Heard on the delay condonation application (IA No.2/2026).
4. The delay is of 30 days' in filing the present criminal appeal. On the delay, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant could not get the counselling and the legal aid within time, therefore the delay has been caused.
5. This Court finds ground for condonation of the delay is sufficient. For the reasons indicated in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed, and the delay in filing criminal appeal is hereby condoned.
6. Let the Trial Court Record be summoned. On receipt of the TCR, let the paper-book be prepared and supplied to the learned counsel for the parties on the payment of usual charges.
7. List this matter on 20.03.2026.
8. In the meantime, let objection to the bail application (IA No.1/2026) be filed.
