A Restoration Application was filed along with Delay Condonation Application by the respondent no.1 to restore the Case No.12/ 2013-14. Delay Condonation Application and Restoration Application were allowed by the Collector, Dehradun on 07.01.2026. A Revenue Revision (No. 40/2025-26), "Khalid Azeez alias Mohd. Khalid vs. Mohd. Salim and Others", was filed. The said revision has been dismissed vide judgment dated 03.02.2026, passed by Board of Revenue, Uttarakhand, Dehradun. Hence, the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 5.
3. Mr. Neeraj Garg, Advocate submitted that the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.
