The Revenue Case (Case No.12 of 2016-

17), filed by the petitioners under Section 229B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 (as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand), is pending before the Assistant Collector Ist Class, Kotdwar Garhwal. The respondent no. 8-defendant no.8 has executed sale-deeds in favour of nine persons during the pendency of the said case. An Application was filed by the petitioners to implead the said nine persons. The said application was dismissed. A Revision (No. 14/2023-24) was filed before the Board of Revenue, which has been dismissed on 16.02.2026. Hence, the present writ petition.
