2. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2/PNB.

3. Mr. P.S. Bisht, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent No.3.

4. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner-Society seeking a direction to respondent-Bank to forthwith defreeze bank account No.9964999199923668 of petitioner- Society maintained with Punjab National Bank, Bhowali Branch, District Nainital.

5. It is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that the account of petitioner- Society was freezed for want of renewal certificate which has now been submitted by petitioner-Society to the Branch on 18.02.2026.

6. It is further contended by him that still the account has not been defreezed.

7. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 & 2-PNB prays for and is granted 48 hrs. time to seek instruction in the matter.

8. Put up as fresh on 09.04.2026.
