Mr. Ajeet Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. Suyash Pant, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

3. By means of present writ petition, petitioners seek indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondent nos.2 to 7, to strictly implement and execute the order dated 08.10.2025, annexure-9 to the writ petition, passed by Chief Development Officer, U.S. Nagar. By the said letter, respondent nos.3, 6 & 7 were directed to act in accordance with law in respect of payment of compensation to the petitioners and to clear the riverbed of silt and for construction for a new Puliya.

4. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the said letter has not been complied with and next rainy season is about to come.

5. Learned State Counsel is directed to find out within two weeks as to what has happened to the order dated 08.10.2025.

6. List on 24.04.2026 as fresh.
