2. Mr. Siddharth Jain, learned counsel for the respondents.
3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents-Bank to execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner after adjusting an amount of ₹50,00,000/- which was due against borrowers.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents informed that "secured asset" has been auctioned in favour of a third person namely, Rohit Kumar and the sale certificate has also been issued on 06.02.2026 and the physical possession was handed over to the auction purchaser Rohit Kumar on 24.03.2026.
5. In such view of the matter now nothing can be done in the present writ petition and no relief can be granted as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
6. Accordingly writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
