Mr. Vishwaketu Vaidya, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Shashi Kant Shandilya, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for respondent no.1.

3. Mr. Devendra Pant, learned S.C. for the State/respondent nos.2 to 4.

4. Ms. Anupriya Kukreti, learned counsel for respondent no.5.

5. This Court vide order dated 20.03.2026 directed respondent no.5 to file an affidavit before this Court within ten days from the date of order i.e., 20.03.2026 after demolishing the portion, which was required to be demolished as per compounding order on which he has given undertaking.

6. Learned counsel for respondent no.5 submits that respondent no.5 is Assistant Commandant in C.R.P.F., posted in Punjab, who applied for 15 days' casual leave w.e.f., 14.03.2026 to 08.04.2026. Petitioner reached Dehradun on 20.03.2026, on leave, but on 23.03.2026 his leave was cancelled in view of the upcoming Assembly Elections scheduled to be held in five States and was directed to report Company Headquarter, Dera Baba Nanak, Gurdaspur, State of Punjab, in the afternoon of 04.04.2026.

7. Leave cancellation order and other relevant documents passed on to this Court, are placed on record.

8. Since the leave has been cancelled the petitioner could not comply with the order passed by this Court, therefore,

petitioner seeks time to get the order complied with after some time as the elections are till 05.05.2026.

9. Accordingly list this case on 15.05.2026 for compliance of the order dated 20.03.2026.
