4. This appeal has been filed along with an Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) to condone the delay of 45 days.

5. Mr. I.P. Kohli, Advocate and Mr. Suryakant Maithani, Advocate, have opposed the delay condonation application for cost.

6. Perused and gone through the record.

7. In the interest of justice, the delay condonation application is allowed, but on the cost of Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand).

8. Delay is condoned.

10. The cost shall be paid to the respondents-claimants.
