The instant appeal has been preferred against judgment

and order dated 20.04.2018/21.04.2018, passed in Special Sessions

Trial No.01 of 2014, State Vs. Amit Kaushal, by the court of Fast

Track Court/Special Judge (POCSO)/Additional Sessions Judge,

Dehradun. By it, the appellant has been convicted and sentenced

under Sections 377, 302 & 201 of IPC and Section 5/6 of Protection

of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. He seeks bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

3. This is third bail application of the appellant/applicant.

The first bail application was rejected on merits on 16.09.2019 and

the second bail application was also dismissed on 19.11.2020.

4. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is

no new ground to enlarge the appellant/applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the third bail application of the appellant/applicant

deserves to be rejected.

5. The third bail application is rejected.

6. List this case on 11.11.2025 for hearing.
