Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 would

submit that the representation of the petitioner has been

rejected vide order dated 16.09.2025.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file

a fresh writ petition, challenging the aforesaid order.

3) Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of

as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a

fresh petition challenging the said order.

4) Pending application, if any, also stands disposed

of.
