The respondent no.2 was summoned for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 342, 357, 504, Section 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Complaint Case No.25 of 2021. A Criminal Revision (Criminal Revision No.286 of 2022) was filed by the respondent no.2 Allowing the said revision, the learned IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Dehradun has remanded the case with certain observations. Hence, the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the impugned judgment dated 08.08.2025, passed in the said criminal revision.

2. Heard Mr. B.S. Negi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for the respondentno.1.
