4. Heard on the Exemption Application (I.A. No. 01 of 2025).
5. The present Exemption Application has been filed by the Revisionist with a prayer that the requirement of surrendering in compliance with the impugned judgment and order dated 08.09.2025, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Champawat, in Criminal Appeal No. 21 of 2025, "Deepak Belwal vs. State of Uttarakhand", be dispensed with during the pendency of the present Criminal Revision.
6. Learned counsel for the Revisionist submits that the Revisionist was on bail during the trial as well as during the appeal, and has never misused the liberty granted to him. There is no likelihood of absconding or tampering with evidence, particularly since the trial has concluded.
7. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the Exemption Application.
8. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Exemption Application is allowed.
9. The Revisionist is directed not to surrender before the court below.
10. Three weeks' time is granted to the State to file a counter affidavit/objection to the Bail Application.
11. List this case on 27.10.2025.
