2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:

"Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to grant the petitioner the full benefits of the 6th Pay Commission effective from 01.10.2006, along with all arrears and applicable interest."

3. Learned counsels for the parties are ad idem that identical issue was decided by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1443 of 2025 vide judgment dated 02.09.2025.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 02.09.2025, passed in WPSS No. 1443 of 2025.

5. Petitioner shall be at liberty to make representation to the Managing Director within three weeks from today. If petitioner makes such representation within stipulated time, Managing Director shall consider his case for grant of benefit of 6th Pay Commission and pass appropriate order, as per law, within four months thereafter.
