3. The instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and order dated 29.08.2019/31.08.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bageshwar in Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2019, State Vs. Anil Ghildiyal, under Sections 302, 304-B, 498-A of IPC and Section ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

4. This is third bail application in the appeal. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.

5. Permission granted.

6. The third bail application (IA No. 15404 of 2023) is dismissed as withdrawn.
