Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. The present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 31.07.2025, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar, in Misc. Criminal Case No.34 of 2024, "Smt. Khushbu Rana and another Vs. Sachin Rana", whereby directing the Revisionist to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the Revisionist makes a submission that there are fair chances that the parties may come into the terms of the compromise.

4. Admit.

5. Issue notice to the Respondent No.1. Steps to be taken within a week. Counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks.

6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, an interference is being called for in the matter.

7. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 31.07.2025, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar, in Misc. Criminal Case No.34 of 2024, "Smt. Khushbu Rana and another Vs. Sachin Rana", shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that Revisionist shall pay an amount of Rs.2,500/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondents.

8. List this matter on 28.10.2025.

9. Stay application (IA No.1/2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
