3. In this appeal, an application under Order 41 Rule 27 of the CPC has been filed by the appellant, seeking permission to place on record certified copy of the judgment dated 25.12.2019 passed in Criminal Case No. 4377 of 2014 by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Roorkee, District Haridwar.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. A judgment could have been placed for perusal of the Court at the time of hearing, but the appellant has proposed to place on record.

5. The respondent may file documents, if any, in rebuttal to it, within next two weeks. The application under Order 41 Rule 27 of the CPC shall be finally considered at the time of final judgment.

6. List this case on 07.10.2025 for final hearing.
