A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while granting interim order in favour of the petitioner-judgment debtor has been pleased to direct the parties i.e., petitioner no.1/3/1 and respondent no.1/2 to appear in person before this Court today for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement between them.

4. The petitioner nos.1/3/1 is present in-person before this Court while respondent no.1/2 could not come due to some personal difficulty.

5. List this case on 28.10.2025, on which date both the parties shall appear positively.

6. Interim order dated 16.09.2025 is extended, till the next date of listing.
