Mr. M.K. Ray, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. Mr. G.C. Joshi, learned AGA, for the State/1.

3. The present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 03.09.2025, passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Misc. Case No.403 of 2024, "Smt. Arti Singh Vs. Aakash Singh", whereby directing the Revisionist to pay an amount of Rs.24,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondent No.2.

4. Learned counsel for the Revisionist submits that the interim maintenance so awarded is exorbitant.

5. Admit.

6. Issue notice to the Respondent No.2. Steps to be taken within a week. Counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks.

7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, an interference is being called for in the matter.

8. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 03.09.2025, passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Misc. Case No.403 of 2024, "Smt. Arti Singh Vs. Aakash Singh", shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the Revisionist shall pay an amount of Rs.12,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Respondent No.2. However, it is also made clear that the arrears shall remain stayed.

9. List this matter on 08.12.2025.

10. Stay application (IA No.1/2025) stands disposed of accordingly.
