2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.1.

By means of present writ petition, petitioner has put to challenge the judgment and order dated 14.10.2025, passed by Board of Revenue, Uttarakhand, Dehradun, (annexure-1) by which the revision-petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed as well as the order dated 30.06.2025, passed by Tehsildar, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal,( annexure-2) in Revenue Case No.22 of 2025, whereby the application for condoning the delay moved by respondent no.1 has been allowed and the recall application was entertained for hearing.
4. During the course of the argument, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submitted that the recall application had already been allowed yesterday, i.e., on 11.11.2025, by the trial court.
5. In view of the subsequent development, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
6. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 11.11.2025, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
