Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. By means of present writ petition, petitioners have put to challenge the judgment and order dated 29.08.2024, passed by learned Assistant Collector, First Class, Vikasnagar, Dehradun, whereby the learned Assistant Collector, First Class has directed the preparation of lots pursuant to the preliminary decree dated 01.09.1998 as well as the judgment and order dated 27.08.2025, passed by Board of Revenue in Revision No.01 of 2024-25, whereby the revision- petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 29.08.2024 has been rejected.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks.

4. Steps to be taken within seven days through all modes including dasti.

5. List on 23.12.2025.

6. In the meantime, parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property.
