                               1.

Mr. Nivesh Bahuguna & Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, Advocates for the petitioners.

2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 1805 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed.

4. Petitioner has made a representation for benefit of Selection Grade. According to her, the same has not been decided so far, therefore, petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Competent Authority to take decision in the matter.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that representation, enclosed as annexure 8 to the writ petition, is a joint representation by more than nine 2025:UHC:9785

persons and it would be difficult for the Competent Authority to examine the claim of all the Teachers, who have made such representation, separately in a joint representation.

6. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make separate fresh representations to Director, Secondary Education. If petitioners make separate representations within two weeks from today, Director Secondary Education shall examine the claim staked by petitioners and pass appropriate order, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
