Ms. Indu Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. This revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 18.09.2025, passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rishikesh, Dehradun in Misc. Case No.20 of 2023, Smt. Anil Devi vs. Om Prakash, whereby the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance was partly allowed and the respondent-husband was directed to pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- per month from the date of filing of petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

3. The revisionist wants to get the maintenance amount enhanced; inasmuch as the, respondent-husband is a Sweeper in Government P.G. College, Kotdwar and receives a salary of Rs.63,966/-.

4. Issue notice to the respondent-husband, returnable within four weeks.

5. Steps to be taken within seven days.

6. List on 22.12.2025.

7. It is provided that respondent-husband shall keep on paying the maintenance amount as awarded by the learned trial court by the judgment and order impugned, regularly by 10th of every month and arrears of maintenance amount shall be paid within two months from today.
