3. This revision is filed by the revisionist/convict against the judgment and order dated 16.04.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, District Nainital and the judgment and order dated 30.08.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Nainital in criminal case no.1654 of 2022, whereby the revisionist has been convicted under Section 138 of N.I. Act and has been sentenced to undergo six months simple imprisonment with fine of Rs.5,20,000/-
4. Issue notice to respondent no.2 through ordinary and registered post acknowledgement due as well as by Email and WhatsApp, if available.
5. Steps to be taken within two weeks.
6. Learned counsel for the revisionist/convict would press his Exemption Application.
7. Revisionist/convict shall be exempted from surrendering before the concerned court on the condition that he will deposit the fine amount with the said court within ten days from today. If he fails to do so, he shall surrender immediately thereafter.
8. List on 21.07.2025 for hearing on admission.
