Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate for the petitioners.

Instant petition was decided on 26.03.2025. In fact, the petitioners have sought directions to the respondents to release the original title documents of the mortgaged property etc. on payment of Rs.54 Lakhs. In para 5 of the Court's order dated 26.03.2025, this Court observed as follows:-

"5. In essence, what the petitioners seek is compliance of the award passed by the DRT, Dehradun, which is not permissible. If an award is given, the petitioners are at liberty to deposit the amount under the award with the DRT under such heads as is specified by the DRT, Dehradun. Once it is done, the petitioners may seek further direction from the DRT, Dehradun only so that he may get all his documents, which are in the possession and custody of the respondents."

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in para 2 of the judgment dated 26.03.2025, the amount has wrongly been written is Rs.54 Lakh, whereas, it is 53 Lakh.

The Correction Application No. 2 of 2025 is allowed.

The amount in para 2 of the judgment dated 26.03.2025 be corrected as Rs.53 Lakh.
