It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the applicant that during trial, the applicant has been acquitted by the learned trial court vide judgment and order dated 02.01.2024 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.5697 of 2017 H.D.F.C. Bank Ltd. Vs. Suman Chandra, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in present criminal miscellaneous application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and it has become infructuous.

4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for applicant, the present C482 application is dismissed as infructuous.
