4. Despite several orders passed by this Court, applicant no.1/husband (Abhishek Sendhwal) is not present before this Court, while respondent no.2/wife (Paridhi Sendhwal) is present before this Court, through video conferencing.

5. Since the applicant no.1/husband (Abhishek Sendhal) is not appearing before this Court for various dates, despite several opportunities have been given to him, for the simple reason that he is living out of country, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending.
