Ms. Manju Bahuguna, learned counsel for the revisionist.
2. The present criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the impugned judgment and order dated 26.05.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun in Criminal Appeal No.17 of 2024 Dinesh Kumar Vs. Akram, whereby, the said appeal was dismissed by affirming the judgment and order dated 23.07.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun in Criminal Case No.293 of 2023 Akram Vs. Dinesh Kumar, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, whereby, the revisionist was convicted under Section 138 of the N.I. Act and was sentences to three months' simple imprisonment with fine of Rs.2,10,000/-.
3. Learned counsel for the revisionist prays for and is granted two weeks' time for surrendering the revisionist.
4. Put up as fresh on 11.07.2025.
