2. The instant first appeal is arising out of a common judgment and order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Haridwar in Civil Suit No. 54 of 2006 and Civil Suit No. 55 of 2006, which were dismissed.

3. As per office report, the instant first appeal is well within time.

4. Admit.
