                                 petitioner.
                                 2.     Petitioner has challenged judgment and
                                 order passed by Member, Judicial, Board of
                                 Revenue, Uttarakhand in Revision No. 11/2021-
                                 22,    whereby       the    order   passed    by      ADM,
                                 Dehradun was set aside and the matter was
                                 remanded back to ADM concerned for deciding
                                 mutation application filed by petitioner, afresh.
                                 3.     It is contended by learned senior counsel
                                 appearing for the petitioner that respondent

forged signature of petitioner's brother in a Will, and based on the said forged Will, respondent is now claiming title over the land in question. He submits that an FIR was registered against respondent and a charge- sheet has been filed against him. He refers to a document enclosed as Annexure-1 to supplementary affidavit dated 07.06.2025.

4. By relying on said document, learned senior counsel for petitioner submits that the Will relied upon by respondent was sent to CFSL for matching the signatures of late Madhusudan Bimbet and CFSL has opined that the Will does not contain the signature of late Madhusudan Bimbet. He submits that in Dehradun land grabbers, who have come from adjoining States, are active, and respondent is one of the land grabber.

5. Issue notice to respondent, returnable within four weeks.

6. Steps to be taken within a week.

7. List on 28.08.2025.

8. Till the next date of listing, impugned judgment dated 23.07.2024, rendered by Member, Judicial, Board of Revenue shall remain stayed.

9. Stay Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) stands disposed of.
