Mr. Karmanya Pandey, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. D.S. Patni, Advocate for the appellants.
2. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, Advocate for the respondent.
3. This intra-court appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 11.05.2018, rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1616 of 2011. By the said judgment, authorities of State Bank of India were directed to release the pension of writ-petitioner with arrears, from due date, i.e. 31.03.2001.
4. Today, when the case is called out, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that since pension has been released to the writ- petitioner (respondent herein), therefore, he has been instructed not to press the Special Appeal.
5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the Special Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
