D/25 Correction Application (MCC) No.1 of 2025
                              In
                              WPSS No.592 of 2025
                              Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J.

Mr. Vinod Tiwari, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. Present petition was decided on 02.05.2025. Now, correction application has been filed.

It is argued that instant matter is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 11.04.2017, passed in Writ Petition No.602 of 2014 (S/S), Deep Chandra Badhani and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and other connected petitions. But, it has been wrongly typed in para nos.3 and 5 of the judgment dated 02.05.2025 of this Court. Perusal of the record reveals that, in fact, what was argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner was that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 11.04.2017 of this Court, passed in Writ Petition No.602 of 2014 (S/S), Deep Chandra Badhani and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and other connected petitions. In view of it, para nos.3 and 5 of the judgment dated 02.05.2025 are substituted as follows:-

"3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 11.04.2017, passed in Writ Petition No.602 of 2014 (S/S), Deep Chandra Badhani and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and other connected petitions.

5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 11.04.2017, passed in Writ Petition No.602 of 2014 (S/S), Deep Chandra Badhani and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others; and other connected petitions."

The correction application stands disposed of accordingly.

This order shall form part of the judgment dated 02.05.2025, passed in the instant petition.

Let an endorsement be made to this effect on judgment dated 02.05.2025.

(Ravindra Maithani, J.) 04.06.2025 Sanjay
