4. This Appeal from Order has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 25.02.2025, passed by learned Employees Compensation Commissioner, Haldwani, District Nainital, in E.C.A. Case No. 12 of 2020.

5. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

6. There is delay of 14 days in filing the appeal. Time was granted to learned counsel for the respondents to file the objection to the Application for Condonation of Delay. No objection has been filed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

7. Admit the Appeal.

8. Counsel for the appellant submits that he is ready to deposit the awarded amount before the Employees Compensation Commissioner, Haldwani, District Nainital. Subject to the deposit of the entire awarded amount (excluding the statutory deposit) before the learned Employees Compensation Commissioner, Haldwani, within four weeks from today, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 25.02.2025, shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
