By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:-

i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the record and quashing the communication dated 16th June 2025 (Annexure No.14 to the writ petition), passed by District Education Officer (Elementary Education) District Chamoli, whereby the appointment/candidature of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher Government Primary School has been cancelled without granting an opportunity of hearing and in violation of principle of natural justice.

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents Appointing Authority i.e. District Education Officer (Elementary Education) District Chamoli to reinstate the Petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher Government Primary School with effect from 16th June 2025 alongwith all consequential service benefits. iii. Issue any suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iv. Award the cost of writ petition to the Petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated

02.07.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1103 of 2025, Suman Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others.

Learned State Counsel admits this fact.

Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 02.07.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No.1103 of 2025, Suman Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others.
