In view of the earlier order dated 27.08.2024,
rendered in WPPIL No. 109 of 2024, the instant writ petition is
not maintainable, as liberty was granted therein to avail of the
alternative remedy and not to approach this Court on the
same cause of action.
2. In that view, the instant writ petition stands
rejected.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Pending application, if any, also stands rejected.
