Mr. N.S. Pundir, D.A.G. for the State. Mr. Yogesh Pandey, Advocate for the respondent nos. 4 and 5.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:-

i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the Dearness Allowances to the petitioners at the rates equivalent to the State Government Employees. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the arrears of the enhanced Dearness allowances from the date when the petitioners become entitled to receive the same.

iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to ensure the regular payment of Dearness Allowance to the petitioners in future at par with the State Government Employees as and when become due.

iv. To pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

v. To Award the cost of the petition.

Heard.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 13.06.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No.967 of 2025, Shiv Shankar Singh Bora and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others.

Learned counsel for the respondents admits this fact.

Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 13.06.2025, passed by this Court in WPSS No.967 of 2025, Shiv Shankar Singh Bora and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others.
