2. An application being IA No. 02 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking permission to amend the date of the impugned judgment and decree passed by 1st Additional District Judge, Dehradun in Civil Appeal No. 84 of 2022 titled " Shivraj Singh (Dead) and Anr. vs. Smt. Praveen Kumari and Anr." instead of 11.02.2005 to 04.04.2025.

3. For the reasons stated the Amendment application is allowed. Accordingly, let necessary amendment be carried within three days.
