7. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 10.09.2024 passed by 1st Addl. District Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in M.A.C.P. No. 81 of 2021 shall remain stayed, provided the applicant/appellant deposits the 75% of awarded amount, excluding the statutory deposit, with the Tribunal concerned within a period of four weeks from today (Stay application is disposed of).
