7. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, it is directed that the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 12.12.2024 passed by M.A.C.T./ District Judge, Tehri Garhwal in Claim Petition No. 07 of 2023 shall remain stayed, provided the applicant/appellant deposits the entire decretal amount, excluding the statutory deposit, with the Tribunal concerned within a period of four weeks from today (Stay application is disposed of).
