3. This is a criminal revision filed under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. 2023 against judgment and order dated 18.12.2024, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Champawat in Criminal Appeal No.36 of 2024, Yogesh Rana and another Vs. State of Uttarakhand.

4. Learned State counsel submitted that another criminal revision of co-accused Yogesh Rana is already pending before this Court numbered as 49 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025, in which Trial Court Record has already been called.

5. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, list this case along with CRLR No.49 of 2025.

6. Bail application of the revisionist shall be considered on the next date.
