This is a criminal appeal filed under Section 415 of B.N.S.S. 2023 against the judgment and order dated 08/09.01.2025, passed by the court of F.T.C./Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in Special Sessions Trial No.113 of 2023, State Vs. Juhaib, whereby the appellant was convicted under Section 13(c) r/w 14 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and sentenced 5 years r.i. with a fine of ₹10,000/- with default stipulation of one year s.i.

4. As per office report, the appeal is well within time.
