3. In paragraph-6 of the counter affidavit the respondent gives reference of some claim petition but where this claim petition is this is not clear.

4. Put up this matter on 17.12.2025 in order to enable the State counsel to clarify the position, since, according to the petitioner the issue is now covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court 'State of U.P. vs. Dinesh Kumar Sharma' decided on 20.03.2025.
