Mr. Amit Kapri, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company.
2. This appeal from order has been preferred by the appellant against the impugned judgment and award dated 29.01.2025 passed by learned M.A.C.T./2 nd Addl. District Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital in M.A.C.P. No. 112 of 2022, whereby the learned Tribunal awarded the compensation of ₹4,02,129/- in favour of the claimant.
3. There is a delay of 93 days in filing the present appeal from order. A delay condonation application has been filed by the appellant.
4. Issue notice to the respondent on the delay condonation application (IA 1 of 2025).
5. Steps to be taken within two weeks.
6. List this case on 30.10.2025.
7. In the meantime, the appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit the entire awarded amount before the Tribunal concerned within a period of six weeks from today. It is, however, made clear that the Tribunal shall not release the said amount in favour of the claimant(s) without prior permission of this Court.
