Mr. Devesh Pande, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. The present Criminal Revision has been filed with a prayer to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 30.05.2025, passed by the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital in Misc. Criminal Case No. 312 of 2022, "Munni Bisht and Another vs. Daulat Singh" under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

3. The Revisionist has also filed a Stay Application (IA No. 01 of 2025), seeking a stay on the effect and operation of the order dated 30.05.2025, passed in the aforesaid case under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

4. Admit.

5. Issue notice to Respondents.

6. Steps for service be taken within one week.

7. Objections, if any, be filed by the Respondent.

8. List this case on 25.09.2025.

9. As an interim measure, it is directed that till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the judgment and order dated 30.05.2025, passed by the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Haldwani, District Nainital in Misc. Criminal Case No. 312 of 2022, "Munni Bisht and Another vs. Daulat Singh" under Section 125 of Cr.P.C, shall remain stayed, subject to the condition that the Revisionist shall pay a sum of ₹10,000/- per month as interim maintenance to Respondent No.

10. The Stay Application stands disposed of accordingly.
