Ms. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the Revisionist.

2. Mr. G.C. Joshi, learned AGA, for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. The present criminal revision has been filed by the Revisionist - Cheda Lal, challenging the judgment and order dated 01.02.2025, passed by Judicial Magistrate/1st Additional Civil Judge (JD), Haldwani, Nainital in Criminal Case No.4312 of 2015, "State Vs. Cheda Lal" convicting the Revisionist under Section 325 IPC, and sentenced to undergo one year simple imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.5,000/-; under Section 504 IPC, and sentenced to undergo three months simple imprisonment; under Section 506 of IPC, and sentenced to three months simple imprisonment. Against the judgment and order dated 01.02.2025, an appeal has been filed, which too has been dismissed.

4. Learned counsel for the Revisionist has moved an exemption application (IA No.1/2025), whereby making a statement that the Revisionist - Cheda Lal, has a medical history. Initially he had a calculus in the left kidney, which eventually developed into renal infection, whereby immobilizing physical activities of the Revisionist, and thereby, it is brought to the notice of this Court that Revisionist be exempted for surrendering before the Court concerned.

5. The grounds are found to be sufficient. Exemption application is allowed. The Revisionist is exempted from surrendering before the concerned court.

6. Learned counsel for the Revisionist is requested to furnish the relevant documents regarding the renal failure or the ailment as stressed upon, for which ten days' time is granted.

7. List this matter on 04.09.2025.
