2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, D.A.G. with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, B.H. for the State.
3. By means of the present criminal revision the revisionist has put to challenge the judgment and order dated 14.05.2024, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No.210 of 2023, Syeda Rehman Vs. Mohd. Haleem, whereby the interim maintenance was granted to the respondent no.2- wife.
4. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want to press the criminal revision, for the reason that the parties have parted their ways and a divorce has been granted to them by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar vide judgment and order dated 30.05.2025, passed in Matrimonial Petition No.44 of 2025, Syeda Rehman Vs. Mohd. Haleem.
5. Learned counsel for the revisionist passed on to this Court the photocopy of the judgment and order dated 30.05.2025 which is taken on record.
6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist, the present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
