Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of certain subsequent developments, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and liberty be granted to him to move the Commercial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents consent to the same.

3. In that view, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a claim before the Commercial Court.

4. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
