1. Mr. Priyanshu Gairola, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Mr. Siddhartha Bisht, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. As per the office report the appeal is well within time. The instant criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellant 'Israr' against the judgment and order passed by the Additional District and Session Judge/Special Judge (NDPS Act), Vikasnagar, Dehradun, in Special Session Trial No. 367 of 2021, whereby, the appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act with the sentence of 10 years R.I. and fine of Rs. 1 lakh.

5. Summon the Trial Court record.

6. In the meantime, the objection be filed to the bail application.
