4. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that this appeal is filed against the judgment and order dated 13.02.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haridwar in Misc. Suit No. 92 of 2017, whereby the learned trial court has dismissed the said suit for grant of succession certificate in favour of the appellant.
5. The moot question is whether the succession certificate to the office shall be governed by the law as law down in the Indian Succession Act.
6. Learned counsel for the parties seek time to apprise themselves about the law and place it before the Court on the next date of listing.
