Mr. Deepak Rawat, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company.

2. This appeal is preferred against the judgment and award dated 13.12.2024 passed by M.A.C.T/4th Additional District Judge, District Dehradun in M.A.C.P. No. 191 of 2022, whereby the Tribunal has awarded compensation of `5,00,000/- along with simple interest @7% per annum in favour of the respondents/claimants.

3. Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company would submit that the impugned award is unsustainable in the eyes of law as the same has been passed by the Tribunal without considering the facts and evidence available on record.

4. Issue notices to the respondents through ordinary process and registered post acknowledgment due as well as through e-mail and whatsapp, if available.

5. Steps to be taken within three weeks.

6. List this case on 02.07.2025 for hearing on admission.

7. Till the next date of listing, the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 13.12.2024 passed by M.A.C.T/4th Additional District Judge, District Dehradun in M.A.C.P. No. 191 of 2022, shall remain stayed subject to condition that the appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit the entire awarded amount along with interest before the concerned Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today.
